Questions.
Is Jewgo Card on iPhone, Android, and the web?
Yes. Jewgo Card is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android, and you can also build and manage your card in a web browser. Get the app from the download page.
Is my card the same in the app and on the web?
Yes. The app and the website use the same account and the same card, so a change you make in one shows in the other, and every active link shows the latest version.
What is a Jewgo account?
It is how you sign in to Jewgo Card. One Jewgo account signs you in to all four Jewgo products: Jewgo Nav, Jewgo Biz, Jewgo Card, and Jewgo Invite (coming soon). The people you share your card with do not need one.
How much does Jewgo Card cost?
Jewgo Card is free. A free card includes up to 2 photos and up to 3 active access links. The people you share with never pay or sign up.
Premium is $2.99 a month and adds:
- Up to 5 photos on your card
- Up to 25 active access links at once
- PDF export of your card
- Privacy view: shared links block screenshots on supported devices, and are watermarked on the web
Does the person I share with need an account or the app?
No. They open your link in their web browser with no account or sign-up. If you added a PIN, they enter it first. A link with Privacy view needs a browser that supports protected video (Safari, Chrome, or Edge on most devices) or the Jewgo Card app. An expired or revoked link shows nothing from your card.
What happens to my Jewgo sign-in if I delete my card?
Deleting your Jewgo Card account erases your card, photos, references, and every share link, which stop working immediately. Backup copies and subscriptions are covered in section 8 of our privacy policy.
Your Jewgo account, the sign-in you may also use for other Jewgo products, is not deleted. You can delete it separately, in one place for every Jewgo product. Details are on the delete account page.
